Tim Kopps from East Memphis: I found this article on www.myfoxmemphis.com:
“Sophomore quarterback Tyler Bass will have season-ending surgery Tuesday to repair a tear in his left, non-throwing shoulder. Bass played in four games this season, including starts against Tennessee-Martin and Marshall. As a true freshman in 2008, he played after Memphis lost quarterbacks Arkelon Hall and Will Hudgens to injuries in the first quarter against East Carolina. In six career games, Bass completed 63 of 94 passes for 774 yards and seven touchdowns.”
